The Strongback Transit Wheelchair combines ergonomic design whilst offering great comfort for users due to its countoured postural support backrest. The curved backrest and improved seat angle promote a healthy seating position and reduces the risk of slouching in the wheelchair. The padded seat and backrest offer you comfort and support when out and about.
The lightweight aluminium frame makes the Strongback Transit Wheelchair easy to transport, while the folding backrest ensures easy and convinient storage. Being made from aluminium the wheelchair is strong and sturdy, but lightweight enough so that you can load and unload it into your car.
The Strongback Transit is designed with safety in mind, it features attendant controls and hand-operated brakes at the rear so that the attendant is in full control of the wheelchair. It also features parking brakes on the wheels for added safety when stopped.
