Different types of Transit Wheelchairs

Attendant Propelled Wheelchairs

Attendant Wheelchairs are designed for the user sat in the wheelchair to be pushed by an attendant. They have handles and brakes on the attendant handles so that the attendant is in control of the wheelchair. This type of wheelchair is ideal for hospital runs and shopping trips if the wheelchair user is unable to push themselves.
