Mobility Your Way takes the quality of our service and the products that we supply very seriously. We understand that your mobility product helps you to live your life as independently as possible. We review warranty claims constantly to make sure we are providing you with the best quality products at all times.
New products
Mobility Your Way provides a 12-month call out and labour warranty on all brand-new products valid from the date of purchase. However, we do ask that certain products be brought to us such as Wheelchairs, Walking Aids and Travel Scooters.
Our warranty does not cover product failure due to user misuse or negligence; it also does not cover general wear and tear. In these instances, you would have to pay for any potential call out or labour charges.
Your product will be covered under a manufacturer’s warranty too. The length and terms of the manufactures warranty varies from supplier to supplier and from product to product. The best way to check this is either via our website, giving us a call or checking your product manual.
Reconditioned products
Mobility Your Way provides a 3-month parts and labour warranty on all reconditioned products valid from the date of purchase.
If, however, the product has been damaged or misused by you this warranty is not applicable and you would have to pay for any potential parts, call out or labour charges.
Exclusions
Warranty will not be applicable in the event of any of the following taking place:
- The products not having been maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations
- The product having been damaged by neglect, accident or improper use
- The product having been altered from the manufacturer’s specifications, or repairs having been attempted prior to Mobility Your Way being notified
- Fair wear and tear.
