Plus, you don’t have to make the purchase in person – if someone buys on your behalf, like a parent, guardian, spouse, or husband, you’re still eligible for VAT relief.
When placing your order, we’ll guide you through a simple process where you’ll make a legally binding declaration about your illness or disability. This declaration, required by HMRC, ensures compliance with Group 12 of Schedule 8 of the Value Added Tax Act 1994.
