What's involved in a stairlift survey?
One of our friendly surveyors will visit you and spend roughly 1 hour conducting the survey. The surveyor will start be asking questions about you and your needs – this is so we can ensure we get the correct solution for you and your needs. The surveyor will then measure and survey your staircase and your home environment – this is done to ensure that a stairlift is the correct product for you and your home.
Once this is done we will provide you will a no obligation quotation so that you can make your decision in your own time. At this point you can ask any questions you may have about the stairlift or the installation process.
