The eTravel is the ideal portable mobility scooter for taking away with you in the car as it can be disassembled into 5 pieces. This makes each individual section lighter and easier to manage. The seat is removeable, the front and rear section come apart and the battery is removeable too.

As the battery on the eTravel Mobility Scooter is removeable, this means you do not need to take the entire mobility scooter indoors. Rather, you can simple take the battery only indoors, and charge it directly instead. This is particularly ideal if you intend on travelling with your mobility scooter.

The eTravel comes as standard with solid puncture proof tyres - which means no punctures! But don't worry, they are soft solid tyres which means they will help absorb rougher terrain and keep you comfortable where ever you may want go.

The eTravel Mobility Scooter comes as standard with solid, puncture proof tyres that means you won’t be at risk of punctures, they are also soft making it a comfortable mobility scooter to ride.

The heaviest part of the eTravel is 15kg which means the scooter can be lifted into the boot of your car.

How does VAT exemption work?

VAT exemption on products depends on two things. Firstly, you must have a long-term health condition. This excludes broken bones but does include things like heart disease, arthritis, stroke, MS, CP, COPD etc. Secondly, the product itself must be eligible for VAT exemption. For example, some decorative walking sticks are not eligible for VAT exemption whereas a mobility scooter will be. If both you and the product are eligible for VAT exemption then you do not pay VAT on that product.

We will hand deliver this product directly to your door ready for you to use.​

A member of our team will deliver this product to you, install it if necessary, and give you a thorough demonstration.

We deliver most of our larger products such as Mobility Scooters and Riser Recliners ourselves and do not use couriers. This helps make sure you receive a great standard of service.

Some of our other products are fulfilled by third party partners. This means you may not receive all products in your order at the same time. We aim to have your product(s) delivered within 7 days of receipt of your order.

In-store Availability

We hold a wide range of products across our showrooms – it’s what makes us unique.

However, we allow customers to purchase and take away certain products with them on the day. As such we cannot always guarantee we have the item in stock you are looking for.

The easiest way to confirm stock levels is to contact your local showroom. They will be able to tell for certain if they have the product you are interested in.

For our Mobility Scooters, Riser Recliners, Powerchairs, Adjustable Beds, Wheelchairs and some Walking Aids we will even conduct a free of charge home demonstration, provided you live within roughly 15 miles of a showroom. Ask a colleague for more information.
