eLite Mobility Scooter – Budget aluminium lightweight mobility scooter

The eLite Mobility Scooter is the older sibling of our eTravel Mobility Scooter. The eLite Mobility Scooter features a lightweight aluminium frame which provides strength and lightweight sections to lift and move around. This makes it a great mobility scooter for travel and portability. The lithium battery not only provides better performance, but is also lightweight for easy portability. The eLite is different from the eTravel as the eTravel has a steel frame construction and traditional AGM batteries. Other than that, they are identical!

How does VAT exemption work?

VAT exemption on products depends on two things. Firstly, you must have a long-term health condition. This excludes broken bones but does include things like heart disease, arthritis, stroke, MS, CP, COPD etc. Secondly, the product itself must be eligible for VAT exemption. For example, some decorative walking sticks are not eligible for VAT exemption whereas a mobility scooter will be. If both you and the product are eligible for VAT exemption then you do not pay VAT on that product.
