The Big Grip Cutlery comes with ribbed handles so you can firmly hold onto the cutlery for maximum purchase and stability.
Dishwasher safe
The Big Grip Cutlery is dishwasher safe to make cleaning your utensils easy.
Bendable stem for less wrist rotation
The metal stems on the Big Grip Cutlery is bendable to make it easier to eat for those who find it difficult to rotate their hands or wrists.

Big Grip Cutlery – Cutlery with ribbed grips for those with arthritis or poor grip

The Big Grip Cutlery features a soft cushion grip that keeps the utensil in the hand – even when wet! The built up handles are made of a soft latex-free material, with flexible ribbing that’s comfortable and adapts to any grip. Each stainless steel utensil has a special twist built into the metal shaft that allows the spoons and forks to bend to any angle. You can bend them for either Left or Right handed use. The rocker knife requires only minimal arm strength for cutting. The Big Grip Cutlery feature a special extended safety cap that protects fingers. They are dishwasher safe.

How does VAT exemption work?

VAT exemption on products depends on two things. Firstly, you must have a long-term health condition. This excludes broken bones but does include things like heart disease, arthritis, stroke, MS, CP, COPD etc. Secondly, the product itself must be eligible for VAT exemption. For example, some decorative walking sticks are not eligible for VAT exemption whereas a mobility scooter will be. If both you and the product are eligible for VAT exemption then you do not pay VAT on that product.
