Bought a pair of slippers for an elderly relative but was unfortunately too big took back to the shop where the lady serving was very rude and very sarcastic told... read more me she would have to do a refund even though it was an exchange for a smaller item said the refund had gone through on my debit card then took another £45 out of my account for smaller pair checked my account and the refund had not been put into my account so according to that I have paid £90 for 1 pair of slippers NO NOTICE UP IN SHOP SAYING REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES won't GO BACK IN YOUR ACCOUNT STRIGHT AWAY But money for paying for an item does this is disgusting.

They stock a huge range of goods from shoes to electric chairs and all gadged in between.... read more Some shoes are in stock but you can take catalogues away to browse from and ordered shoes take a week or two to arrive. They are happy to replace shoes if not the correct fit.

Great range of mobility aids, scooters armchairs lots of bit and pieces, very handy store
