A little bit about us.
Mobility Your Way started in 2018 with two mobility shops in Leicestershire called A6 Mobility. We have grown to over 6 showrooms and we continue to grow. We started with a team of 5 and now our team is 20 people strong and growing too!
Our goal has always been to provide our customers with excellent products and second-to-none customer service – this way our customers can live a more independent lifestyle.
One of the ways we aim to achieve this is by bringing new people into the team who are eager to help people live more independently. If sounds like you then take a look at our vacancies below!
Where we are headed.
We want to provide excellent products and customer service to all our customers. But that doesn’t stop at our existing customers; we want to help as many people across the UK. Our long term goal is for our customers to be never too far away from a Mobility Your Way showroom and that excellent service people have come to expect from us.
Our fantastic team of colleagues comprises Showroom Managers, Showroom Assistants and Engineers. We have recently welcomed to the management team a Head of Training and a Regional Manager in order to support not only our customers, but provide training and support to our showroom and customer care teams as well.
Our products and services can be complex. For your benefit and for the benefit of our customers we need to ensure you are able to deliver the correct accurate advice to our customers, and so from day one you will be supported 1-on-1 by one of our training colleagues.
What day one will look like.
If you are successful your Regional Manager will contact you to give you all the relevant details of where to be and at what time. Your first day will always be with a member of senior management.
On your first day you will be shown the ropes – how to fulfil standard administrative tasks that the whole team has to carry out. You will also be given a tour of the premises you will be working at and given a run through of our products and services.
All of our colleagues, from the accounts team to the engineering team are given a basic level of knowledge on our products and services – it all helps our teams work better together.

It is important to note that we are a young company and are always looking to improve the way we do things – if you have suggestions on how to improve any of our procedures during the recruitment process we want to hear them!
