Need something that is lightweight yet strong, portable but robust? The Illusion Mobility Scooter features a strong aluminium frame which is also lightweight. This makes it an ideal option for taking on holiday, travelling with, or for every day use as you can load and unload it into your car with ease.
Splits into 5 easy to manage pieces
The Illusion dismantles into 5 easy-to-manage pieces which makes it easier for you to load into your car. The seat and battery are removeable to aid in transportation and the heaviest part of the Illusion is only 9.9kg! It is one of our lightest models and as such this makes it one of our customer favourites.
Front and rear suspension
You will remain comfortable on the Illusion as it comes, as standard, with front and rear suspension. The bright yellow suspension coils keep you stable but offer cushioning over rougher terrain. This sets the Illusion apart from its contemporaries as a lightweight, and comfortable mobility scooter.

The Illusion mobility scooter has been designed and manufactured to be light. Its extremely lightweight aircraft-grade aluminium components combined with the exceptionally light but powerful lithium battery pack makes this scooter one of the lightest 4-wheel, car transportable, full suspension scooter available! Its unique splitting design means the illusion is fast and easy to take apart and reassemble. This makes it so much easier to handle especially when lifting is required. Furthermore, the unique tiller controls allow you to use either your fingers or thumbs to control the scooter. The Illusion is super comfy with its advanced front and rear suspension and luxury padded supportive seat guaranteeing you a comfortable and enjoyable driving experience. The Illusion is also available in the Endurance model, which has a twin battery pack. Perfect for those who want to travel extra miles or would just like the peace of mind of twin batteries.

How does VAT exemption work?

VAT exemption on products depends on two things. Firstly, you must have a long-term health condition. This excludes broken bones but does include things like heart disease, arthritis, stroke, MS, CP, COPD etc. Secondly, the product itself must be eligible for VAT exemption. For example, some decorative walking sticks are not eligible for VAT exemption whereas a mobility scooter will be. If both you and the product are eligible for VAT exemption then you do not pay VAT on that product.

We will hand deliver this product directly to your door ready for you to use.​

A member of our team will deliver this product to you, install it if necessary, and give you a thorough demonstration.

We deliver most of our larger products such as Mobility Scooters and Riser Recliners ourselves and do not use couriers. This helps make sure you receive a great standard of service.

Some of our other products are fulfilled by third party partners. This means you may not receive all products in your order at the same time. We aim to have your product(s) delivered within 7 days of receipt of your order.

In-store Availability

We hold a wide range of products across our showrooms – it’s what makes us unique.

However, we allow customers to purchase and take away certain products with them on the day. As such we cannot always guarantee we have the item in stock you are looking for.

The easiest way to confirm stock levels is to contact your local showroom. They will be able to tell for certain if they have the product you are interested in.

For our Mobility Scooters, Riser Recliners, Powerchairs, Adjustable Beds, Wheelchairs and some Walking Aids we will even conduct a free of charge home demonstration, provided you live within roughly 15 miles of a showroom. Ask a colleague for more information.
