Can you ride a mobility scooter on the pavement?

Yes, you can ride a mobility scooter on the pavement. Class 2 scooters have a maximum speed of 4mph and are designed for pavement use, while Class 3 scooters can be used on both pavements and minor roads, though you cannot exceed 4mph on pavements.
