Sale Terms and Conditions

Black Friday Sale — Terms & Conditions

1. Promotional Period

• The Black Friday Sale starts at 00:01 on Monday, 16th November 2026 and ends at 23:59 on Monday, 30th November 2026 ("Promotional Period").

• The discount applies only to qualifying purchases completed during the Promotional Period. Orders placed prior to or after these dates will not be eligible for the discount.

2. The Offer

• Enjoy 15% off selected products and ranges ("Eligible Products").

• The 15% discount applies only to items explicitly marked as part of the Black Friday sale.

• All excluded items will display their regular retail price and will not be eligible for the 15% discount.

3. How to Redeem

• The 15% discount will be automatically applied at checkout to all Eligible Products.

4. Restrictions & Exclusions

• This offer cannot be combined with any other promotional codes, discounts, vouchers, or existing offers (unless explicitly stated).

• The discount is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or store credit.

• The discount applies to the retail price of Eligible Products only and does not apply to delivery fees, shipping costs, or gift cards/certificates.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

• Items purchased during the Black Friday Sale are subject to our standard Returns Policy.

• Any refund for returned items will be equal to the actual discounted price paid at the time of purchase, not the original full retail price.

• If an item is exchanged, the discount will only apply if exchanged for an item within the same eligible promotional line.

6. Stock Availability & Order Changes

• All orders are subject to stock availability. We reserve the right to limit order quantities on specific items.

• Adding items to your basket does not reserve them at the promotional price; purchases are finalised only upon order completion and payment confirmation.

• Due to high order volumes during Black Friday, order modifications or cancellations may not be possible once an order is placed.

7. Delivery & Processing Times

• Delivery estimates during the Black Friday promotional period may be longer than usual due to high order volume. Estimated shipping dates provided at checkout are approximations and not guaranteed.

8. General Terms

• Mobility Your Way reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Black Friday promotion or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances or fraud.
